Picual and Arbequina

Tasting note:

Brilliant golden colour of great purity. Fantastic intensive aroma that transmits the spotlessness of its elaboration. It has a complexity that remembers freshly cut grass and notes of truffle and artichoke; a special sensation of freshness due to the aroma of tomato. The palate shows a great balance of the two well-combined Picual and Arbequina varietals, with a gentle attack culminating in a pleasant spiciness indicative of its high polyphenolic content and showing its extraordinary longevity.

Culinaire suggestions:

Delicious with toasted bread and tomato, perfect dressing for pasta, salads, vegetables and fish. In the on-trade sector it must be treated as if it were a great wine, because of its singular origin, varieties and careful preparation. Keep in a dark place, at a temperature between 12ºC and 21ºC.
